I am really excited to inform you that I have now topped up my career in nutrition with additional module/certificate in Advanced Sport & Exercise Nutrition.
I can now coach professional/elite athletes and recreational regular exercisers on the right food to eat, before, during and after training.
Above all timing is vital- As Foods
Must Be Eaten Within a Certain Time To allow sufficient time to Release Energy Into The Muscle & Liver Where foods are converted and stored as Glycogen and Glucose for energy.
It is interesting to know that Sport people must eat the right food aimed to enhance their performances at the right time in right proportions otherwise their performances can be affected.
This newly acquired certificate is in addition to other areas of nutrition (including Pre/Post Natal Nutrition) that I had already successfully acquired.
Another challenge is NUTRITION & CHILDHOOD OBESITY I will share with you.This is a problem because many parents are unable to differentiate between an
