WORK HISTORY


2008 – Present - A self-published author of three books -Eat with Pleasure (2017), My African Restaurant Adventure (2018 & 2020) Consistent social media presence where I speak, write, coach on video skits on my blog.
Proofread blog and social media posts, copywrites website articles.

In 2017 and 2018, I completed thorough research into assigned topics- interviewed market stall owners in Borough market, Brixton market, Peckham market to mention but these few that later translated into my two books mentioned earlier. From 2008- 2016- I studied online courses in nutrition- child obesity, pre-post-natal nutrition that inspired me to write my books on nutrition and weight management.

From 2003 –2008 ongoing temporary contracts via recruitment agencies duties including processing of housing benefits and council tax rebate application forms, customer service call center, and home visits to assist in filling out application forms for vulnerable customers.

1996-2003 -London Borough of Croydon Finance Dept- Coordinated around 8 staff members to achieve optimal workflow and reach deadlines. Supported general office workflow through teamwork. Managed calendars, meetings, interviews, and appointments. Finance Officer (temporary contract)– NatWest Bank- 1 Prescot Street, London 1986- 1989 involved administrative duties- processing share application forms.
